- Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 16 or over) at all times. We do not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
- Rules of Play: For the safety of all visitors, the following rules must be adhered to:
- No shoes in the play areas; socks must be worn at all times.
- No food or drinks in the play areas.
- No rough play, running, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Any injuries must be reported to a member of staff immediately.
- Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your child’s ability to safely use our facilities.
5. Waiver of Liability
By entering the premises of Little Astronauts Soft Play Centre, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver:
“I, the undersigned, understand that there are inherent risks involved in children’s play activities. I hereby assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and take full responsibility for the supervision of my child/children while on the premises. I agree to release Roman Adventures Limited T/A Little Astronauts, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injuries or damages sustained by myself or my child/children as a result of participation in activities at Little Astronauts, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.”
6. Behaviour and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to others. In such cases, no refund will be given.
